The Public Performance is finally over!We can finally rest!Yesterday was so tiring the whole day I have been running here and there getting my hair done,changing clothes,rehearsing lines!My goodness I'm beat!
The choir performance was ok..I guess.For our first song "Higarika",we were (if Im nt wrong)sharp all the way that it sounded normal..weird...When we go sharp and then go back to normal the audience can tell that we are going sharp but in this case,we went sharp all the way and the audience didnt notice..which I think is a good thing.. Thank Goodness most of the audience is not a group of conductors and have never heard the song before.Phew!The other song we sang was "Sesere eyee" it went so-so..I wonder how it sounded from the back..The last song we sang was"Can you hear me?"and most likely the people at the back would ans"barely"But overall,if this was an examination,we passed..maybe abt a B3..or B4 definately not a C5..well,that all depends on who you are comparing us to..
Ok,I am totally going out of point.There were a lot of last minute things that happened because of this performance that made Saras and I almost go crazy.But still,the end product was still very sweet.=)
Which makes me conclude 1 thing:no matter how bad the choir is eg atittude problems,sing off tune like crazy.(not our choir)(touch wood),I will always love singing and always love this choir. Trust me,If you have been through what I have in my pri sch days,you would love the choir too.=)
